Corporate Culture has been downplayed over the last 20 years, but we believe it is an important part of retention and performance. It is unlikely that an individual will leave an organization where they enjoy working. On the other hand, it is highly likely than an individual will leave an organization where they don't enjoy the culture.

Emphasizing a positive corporate culture seems "soft" by today's management standards, but we have seen the power of culture in action and believe in it firmly. Culture needs to be emphasized on a daily basis and it needs to come straight from senior management. As difficult as it is, the fruits of success are lower turnover, higher cooperation and superior product.
